A provider who receives a notice of revocation, and who makes a timely appeal of that notice, may continue to operate the home pending a final administrative appeal decision, unless the revocation is based upon reasons which present an imminent danger to the health, welfare, or safety of residents receiving care in the home or unless the license expires.
